Deposit TETHER tokens to Tether account

Once your Tether account is set up you can deposit the list of below Tether Tokens to your account:

• ​​USD-pegged TETHER Tokens (USD₮); 

• EUR-pegged TETHER Tokens (EUR₮);

• CNH-pegged TETHER Tokens (CNH₮);

• Gold-pegged TETHER Tokens (XAU₮).

Important: Tether is not a wallet service you should only deposit TETHER tokens to Tether if you plan to redeem it to fiat currency and vice versa. Before proceeding preview the Fee schedule to see the minimum redeemable amount and related fees. 

How to deposit TETHER tokens 

1. Firstly, sign in to your Tether account.

2. Then go to the Deposit page.

3. There you will see the respective deposit addresses. Note: For USD₮ you will be able to choose between the various transport protocols available. Important: Select the transport protocol with care and double-check the address you're using, as choosing the wrong transport can result in unrecoverable funds. 

4. Initiate a transaction from your external wallet to your TETHER token address. Once the platform detects the incoming TETHER token transaction on the network, it will show up in your Activity section as a pending transaction

5. Finally, when the transaction is complete, your balance will be credited.
